MM Real Estate guarantees that all the activities in the real estate valuation process are fully aligned with the Instructions for Amendments to the Instructions for Valuation of Collateral issued by the Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Banking Agency in the Republic of Srpska.   • Minimum valuation validity criteria are defined in accordance with the International Valuation Standards;
  • Criteria for evaluating the quality of assessments are defined;
  • The evaluation review team also participates in the real estate valuation process; and
  • All team members have a professional international license issued by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
