GRENADA CITIZENSHIP LAW
With the implementation of Act No. 15 of 2013, the Grenadian Parliament launched Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Program in August 2013. The Act aims to offer individuals a pathway to obtaining permanent residency and citizenship in Grenada through investment. The national parliament has approved this law as part of Grenada's legal framework.
According to the Act, individuals can apply for naturalisation and potentially qualify for citizenship by paying fees, provided the government is satisfied that the person has made a significant investment in Grenada.
